Restorative Pathways Collective LLC is a Wisconsin-based organization dedicated to empowering adults, youth, schools, and communities through trauma-informed and strengths-based restorative practices. Founded by award-winning educator and therapist Erica Johnson (MSW, APSW, M.Ed.), RPC was established to address the growing need for accessible and equitable mental health support, youth development services, and community-based healing initiatives. Our mission-driven approach combines evidence-based mental health interventions with restorative and educational approaches to create sustainable, meaningful change.

We are committed to reducing barriers to care, promoting social-emotional wellness, improving educational outcomes, and strengthening communities through collaborative partnerships. RPC serves youth, adults, families, schools, nonprofit organizations, and community agencies with a comprehensive service model that honors each individual's unique strengths and experiences.
